TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFO

• English is not my native language. I speak in Spanish, so please be as simple as possible when commissioning me. The more specific, the better!• I have the right to decline a commission if the subject makes me uncomfortable or I am not willing to do it.• I am a university student, sometimes it takes me a couple months at a time to finish commissions. However, I do my best to keep a schedule. If this bothers you reconsider commissioning me.• If you see me taking more commissions that does NOT mean that I have forgotten about yours. I do this for a living and I have a cat and a grandmother that I need to support financially, in addition to my own basic expenses. I need commissions to survive.• My art style can vary a lot!• My artwork is for personal use only.• I have the right to use commissioned artwork for promotions and portfolios, unless it's a private commission.• Feel free to repost your commission! Always giving proper credit and only if I can post it on my social media.

COMMISSION PROCESS

• PLEASE use my commission form when ordering, it helps me to have everything on hand when adding you to my Trello list!• I do not work with descriptions unless you’re asking for a custom design or a reference sheet. I need visual references for characters, pose, clothing, background and basically everything.• If you want your commission to be private, I need to know this from the start. Private commissions will not be posted on any social media or shown to anyone besides the client and me.• I will provide WIPS. Big changes can be made at the sketch phase, once I have finished the linework only small changes are allowed. I will provide other changes only if I missed any important details.• Please consider red lining on top of WIPS to point out any mistakes, descriptions are hard to follow.• During the commission process you're free to ask for updates of your commission, just do not message me every day or multiple times a day. Please be understanding, sometimes I have a full queue, busy week, bad mental or health condition, etc. I will keep in touch with you and let you know if your commission will take longer to finish.• Final piece will be delivered through Sta.sh or Email. Make sure to save the file(s) when you get them via Sta.sh, since I cannot guarantee they will be permanently available.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• I only accept payments via PayPal in USD ($).• I use the PayPal invoice system.• All invoices must be paid within 24 hours. If it’s not paid in that period of time I will ask if you’re still interested, if I do not receive any response, the commission will be cancelled. Please make sure you’re able to pay in time before asking for a commission!• I always add the PayPal fee to the price so I can receive the exact amount. For example, if your commission is $30USD, PayPal charges a fee of $2,03USD, so your total amount would be $32,03USD. I will always ask first if you agree with this term before sending the invoice.• I take full payment upfront, or half upfront and the other half when the commission is finished.• Tips are not needed, but are always appreciated!• I will provide a refund only if I have not started your commission at all.• Please do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting me beforehand. Otherwise you will be blacklisted.

EXTRA FEES

• Extra characters are +$15USD.• Backgrounds are +$25USD and up depending on complexity.• Extra versions are between +$10USD to +$20USD depending on complexity.• Complex characters and objects are between +$20USD up to +$25USD.

• Reptiles, dragons, or pokemons. Exceptions can be made depending on the character design• Feral• Underage characters in NSFW situations• Mecha/Robots• Armors• Very detailed objects• Complex backgrounds• Hateful art towards a certain group or specific person• Political art

Cellshade

• Solid shading.• +$15USD for extra characters.• +$10USD up to $15USD for character complexity.• +$25USD for background.
